there's a gas station near where I work, and I usually get gas on the way home from work. I don't know why, I just do.
They have a new employee who happens to be a midget named Mike. When I came in to pay last night, Mike offered me a drink, "it's on me," he said. But something was just... off. I mean, nice offer, but if I turn it down nicely, let it go, right?
Only not. Mike followed me out to my car, calling out offers to take me out, get my phone number, please give him a chance, you have beautiful eyes baby, don't you want to get to know me, and the car was NOT that far away. Maybe if his eyes hadn't been all wide and crazy-like he would have done better?
