COB=Continuous Open Bidding. Groups that do not make quota do this.
Also there is snap bidding. If you drop out now, you cannot be snap bidded
Do not look at snap bidding as a sympathy bid. That is SO not the case...
Also the other girls in the pledge class do NOT know who was snap bidded
