One thing I don't understand and perhaps someone can answer........
People seem to want things both ways.
You want the mods to enforce against everyone.
But then you (that's a collective "you") b!tch and moan whenever threads get locked, etc. I.e. when the mod's moderating as they're supposed to.
A lot of you say you admire the way the NPHC forums run, how the moderators keep things in check.
However, if chit-chat, GL, and others were run like that you'd all have a fit and say that GC's no fun anymore.
So essentially many people are talking out of both sides of their mouth...
Additionally: being a mod is a volunteer thing. There are NO perks (no free food or concert tickets, heck, can't even put it on a resume) and if anything it's just more headaches.
