As for your signature, go to user cp, and under signature, you can add whatever you'd like. To get greek letters, use [ font=symbol ] GLO [ /font ] without the spaces. You'll probably want to use at least a size 3 or 4 (or larger!), too, and size is [ size=4 ] GLO [ /size ], again, without the spaces.
To do it all, it would look like [ size=4 ] [ b ] [ font=symbol ] [ color=blue or whatever color ] GLO [/size][/b][/font] - without all the spaces.
