I wish it was more like that. The deal is you call the office of Greek life and ask if COB is taking place. If yes, then the person takes your info and emails it to all of the sororities participating in COB. It is then up to the sororities to contact the PNM.
Or, if you have a friend invite you, that works too.
At SC, there really isn't a great deal of advertising. Most sororities meet quota or come extremely close.
The closet thing I got to an annoucement was a mass email last year sent out to those who rushed and didn't pledge.
