But I will begin where you left off (I am only speaking from personal experience)....I wouldn't have to worry about racial profiling...I wouldn't be followed around a store and constantly asked...
"UMM, What are you looking for, may I help you"...(basically, I wouldn't be suspect) I would walk into a car dealer and wouldn't automatically be shown the "lesser priced" model....I wouldn't have to worry about picking out my dream home because the realator would show me only the finest available..let alone, I wouldn't have to go through endless reference checks, among other things...and the
"benefits" go on and on...but with
change comes challenge. Would I know the everyday struggle that entails being a Black Woman in America if I were any other race????? So, on that note, it would only be for a day because I love being who I am......
