I know visible bra straps aren't the most glamourous thing in the world, but I really don't have a problem with them as long as they nearly match up with the shirt's straps and are a matching or complimentary color. Believe me, when you are well endowed, you can't find a decent strapless bra that is comfortable enough to actually wear.
