Now I am definitely not a hater, envious, or whatever other adjective you want to use- I look pretty darned good if I do say so myself without wearing 15+ pounds of makeup and size extra small pants, knowing that I'd be more comfortable in a medium
. The one thing that I am against is the unequality in this group. Beyonce may be the lead singer, but if there are two or more in the music industry, that is considered a BAND, GROUP , or DUO. Beyonce is not the only member of DC so therefore she should acknowledge her counterparts as well. I think that treating Michelle and Kelly the way she does is a form of hating on HER part, because they aren't allowed to shine and to show what they can really do, because Beyonce is the so-called "star" of the group
Why do you think Kelly and Michelle are stuck with the darker hair pieces, while Beyonce wears the blond/light brown hair pieces? Because the eyes are drawn to lighter colors! Y (A lil inside info from a sista that knows how the biz works...) You shouldn't hinder the actions and ways of others to make yourself stand out-we all know that the girl can sing, but dang, let the other group members have their chance to show us what they can do!!
I don't care if her father is the manager & mother their stylist-DC is not just about her! I also think that Michelle/Tenetria has a prettier singing voice, but that is another topic...
Here is my question for all of us that have posted on one of the Beyonce and children boards to think about
: if Beyonce would've came out as a solo artist, would she have been successful?
