Is it one of your wisdom teeth that's decayed, or the molar next to it? (I'm assuming the latter because you say you need a filling and how can you get a filling in a tooth that isn't there any more?)
Sorry about the jury duty too. Just tell them during the screening process that you want to give the guy the chair. Especially if it's just some minor little charge.
