I have never been a fan of Vivica Fox, but I know that others are fans of hers. She is sought after by many and has made a name for herself in the Black community. Shoo, this year she even won the Lena Horne Lifetime Achievement Award at the Soul Train Lady of Soul Awards. That being said, you do yo' thang 50!! He was a self-professed drug dealer on the street who stopped slangin' so that he could rap on Eminem's label. He used to wear a bullet-proof vest everywhere he went and I distinctly remember watching a special on MTV several months ago (before he really blew up -- like when Wanksta was the only single out) and he went on and on about how people are/were after him and he would be surprised if he got shot again. MTV kept playing a clip of Eminem winning for Best Rap Video last year and saying that he hopes that next year, he would be in the audience clapping for his new act, 50 Cent -- 50 didn't even have many muscles then. For him to go from that place to being played over and over and over again on BET and MTV (all of those extra variations of the same channels on cable) and for him to get so much airplay on mainstream stations as well . . . and then to pop up in the awards show with Viviva (even though I think she is hard as a rock and street as all get out), good for him.
