Actually there are still IIOA's. AOIISilver's husband is one among others. Any close male relative or an AOII can be a IIOA - they used to have a 'ritual' as well but I don't think it is used anymore (I was reading it while working on the archives last year - It was a blast!). Technically my brother is a IIOA - and he wears the shirt I gave him even.
