Like AKAMonet said, some people just
can't eat breakfast. Mr Munchkin can't keep anything down if it's the first thing he eats; if we wake up around 8, he won't eat until 12. Keep in mind, he does eat three meals a day. We've been fed the whole deal about breakfast being "the most important meal of the day," but it just doesn't work like that for a lot of people.
Think about it--it doesn't seem very healthy to down something fatty or extra sugary as soon as you wake up, does it?
