I believe that if you work hard in your major and a 2.8 is your GPA there is nothing wrong with it. I commend my sorors and sisterfriends for their GPAs no matter how high or how low
. TO ME there is nothing wrong with a 2.8 GPA some majors are alot harder than others so NO ONE can say what is good and what is wrong.
To Muffe and Endroad, I commend both of you, I am sure that you guys are dedicated hardworkers in all that you do, be it school work, community service, etc.
To songstress21, what you said

IS NOT encouraging at all, Not everyone in the world is meant to have GPA of 3.00 or higher.
