If you MUST have breakfast? breakfast is the most important meal of the day. i know it might be hard for some people to believe but it is possible to eat three full meals a day and still lose weight and be healthy. Moderation is the key, you can eat most anything you want as long as you don't go over board and get exercise. its not good to cut whole meals out of your schedule to lose weight.
