Some people tithe to a religious group or charity routinely. Regarldless of their income.
Just becasue someone is wealthy doesn't mean they have nay more obligation to give their money away than anyone else.
In fact, we would probably find that they do give considerable funds away to charities if only for tax purposes. It would be tacky to publicize it.
