HeartbrAKA I feel your pain. We have BUSINESS casual dress here and since the weather got warmer...watch out now. Try pulling her over but I have to say it didn't work when I did it to a younger co-worker. I'm a Supervisor in a neighboring dept and this young lady was turned down for a postion. She said it was because she was black. I broke it down for her. She wears club gear to work, she makes TOO many personal phone calls, the list goes on. She told me no...that's not why. The position was for an Admin in the front office. Hoochie mama could not be the first thing our clients see.
