I've been hearing mixed reviews about Houston, but I think that Houston and Atlanta are about what and what. I have been in Atlanta off-and-on since '98 and I have seen it slowly decline in terms of jobs and other factors. I am from California as well, so anywhere besides there takes a lot of getting used to.
