Yes, Recruitment can be very intimidating when you're the minority in the group. This isn't acknowledged enough here. Most of us say, "oh, you'll do fine!" when most people who post like this have no idea what it's like to be the minority going through rush. Sometimes it's not easy.
All said, I AM a big fan of COB. It's like shopping!
