My guess would be find out what school everyone goes to (that way you don't get sisters from the same chapter and just pair them up.....i mean, i make an even 12, i think. Just have everyone pm you their contact info (address, age, collegiate status, any "favorites" *for example, i'm a seashell in our chapter (that's my family)* and email address) and then you just match up people that don't go to the same school, and send them emails or pms with the information of their secret sister
