If I can't spend it on friends, then I would set up an interest baring account for $100 million to provide quality education to all children less fortunate. I support charter school that communities open to help their communities. The money will be there to support them and like Soror NiaX said, it would be managed by an independent agency.
Another $100 will go toward HIV/Aids research
$50 Million for Breast Cancer and $50 Million to Support HBCU's, HSI (Hispanic Serving Institutions), Community Based Organizations (CBO's) and small businesses.
Yea, that's what I would do...
But if a sista could spend it on herself and the fam...well..that's a whole new can of worms
