OK, here's what you do:

For Pi Beta Phi (for example):

(FONT=symbol)PBF(/FONT)

Except you'll need to replace the paranthesis with brackets [[]]
Whenever you want to quite using the font you just use the /FONT part. You don't have to do each GLO separately.

Most of the letters are pretty obvious--D for Delta, F for Phi, P for Pi, K for Kappa etc. There are some weird ones (I think W is Theta!) but you can figure it out.
