I've seen zucchini loafs, but not with carrot. I once tried their low fat oat and fruit scone thinking it wouldn't be as bad and I would be saving calories. After taking a bite out of the dry pastry, I decided I'll take more calories anyday!
I love scones! Too bad they are so bad for you!
