I saw 4 movies this weekend (1 at the theater and 3 rentals): American Wedding, The Guru, Death to Smoochy, and Monsoon Wedding. I thoroughly enjoyed all of them!

AW wasn't as good as the first 2 Pie's, but it was very good considering it's the third in a series. It kept me laughing the whole way through. The Guru was a very funny movie, and I wish it had been in wide release in the theater, because I think it would have done very well. Marissa Tomei is a great actress and I think she should do more movies than she does. Death to Smoochy was much better than I thought it would be. It was kind of weird to see Edward Norton doing comedy, but he was awesome in it (so was Robin Williams, but that's a given!). I liked Monsoon Wedding, but I'm glad that my boyfriend was there to explain some of the stuff that I was confused about, although he kept trying to figure out how to curse in Hindi from reading the subtitles, lol.
