3 days in advance won't necessarily work either
Our schedule is done a week in advance. If you are requesting time off it has to be 2 weeks in advance.
If something comes up, you bettah get someone to cover your shift...
ETA-only a few of us are front desk qualified so it is MUCH harder to find someone to cover for me!
