I'm about to start atkins next week. I'm going to head to GNC tomorrow and pick up the starter kit and some vitamins. I would start this week (i even registered at ediets for it as well) but I just remembered that my aunt is baking me a cake this weekend so I'm going to have a carb blowout weekend with cake. I'm really close to becoming a hypoglycemic and I have diabetes running in both sides of my family. The only problem I'll probably have is that I'm a sugarholic. At least you're allowed to eat whipped cream during induction, etc.
