I tried that atkins Diet and I lasted about a week. I went into Carb withdrawl. My mom is on it and she has lost like 8lbs. in two weeks. I have been on the work out Program Body-for-life. Which is a book I forgot who it is by. It gives you a list of foods to you can eat which is almost everything except cheese. And the book shows you exercises to do. You work out and diet for six days and on the seventh you rest and eat what ever you want. So when ever you crave for something you can just wait for your "off day". The book encourages the use of supplements which I don't agree with but you see quicker results. When I was doing it faithfully I lost 5lbs in the matter of weeks.
