Dropping HC's for a minute- the thing is that any carefully maintained diet can aid with WEIGHT loss, it's simply a matter of calories in v. calories out. But if you want to change your body fat % instead of just becoming a scaled-down version of your flabby self (lol) then you need to build muscle. Soror Wonderful is right- the AVERAGE American doesn't need that much protein, only about 0.8 g per kg of body weight. But the average American is sedentary. Active people and people who are building muscle need more protein. I think the formula is 1.2-1.8 g of protein per kg of body weight (Weight in pounds divided by 2.2 = weight in kg).

HC ephedra is WIDELY misused
HC the substance in and of itself, when used safely, can be effective
HC the PROBLEM is that most people can or do not use it SAFELY
HC they frequently overdose- why would anyone with any sense take that much of ANY drug?
HC it is not for those with heart conditions or problems with stress.
HC if someone is undiagnosed but suffers from those conditions the drug becomes DANGEROUS
HC even for those in the best of health, it will not make pounds melt off, it is just an aid
HC this supplement does need to be regulated, but it's because people are stupid, not because of the drug itself?
HC I don't use it, but that's because I dont really need to spend money on any supplement except protein
HC I totally would go and be certified but most of the best certifications require a two or four year degree in "gym", lol.
