Well, he did break a religious barrier as the first Catholic President.
And, somewhat vividly remembering the Cuban Missle Crisis and the committment to landing an American on the moon during the space race and cold war, I might take issue with the statement that he didn't do crap.
It would have been interesting to see what might have been done had he finished his term and perhaps had a second.
