I would take it if asked and would ask the same in return. If a man refused to take the test, I would have to bounce. To me, that means he has something to hide or that he has participated in behavior that could possibly lead him to test positive.
I take the test every year, not because I partake in risky behavior, but I just think it's the responsible thing to do. I don't go out of my way to get tested, but I get it done when I get my yearly exam. Hell, they're taking blood anyway, so they may as well test it.
