I don't think spaghetti straps are a BIG no-no... I mean, I go to a conservative southern school, and we don't bat an eye at spaghetti straps. I would steer away from strapless... The key thing is not to have a clubby look, which none of the ones you described seem to be...
My vote would be for number 3, with number 1 as a close second.
