Ok...so I am now starting to become somewhat worried about recruitment this year...A lot of that has to deal with the massive number of graduated seniors and then the number of women who decided to transfer this year...So it looks like we are coming back with only about 33 members, which is going to hurt recruitment greatly, since some of us (ie president, frc, rim, etc) cannot recruit women one on one. The other problem is that yet again my chapter has mainly women who have not been through formal recruitment, and even though we have done some recruitment workshops already it is going to be a pretty good amount of work to have them feel comfortable for rushing women this fall...The other running problem is I have yet to be able to get my job as recruitment info manager done before spirit week...so it looks like I will be getting what i need that week and have maybe 3 days to do that in addition to helping the chapter with other preperations...Nicely though, one of the chapter's alumna and last years rim is coming up a few days early to try to help me get them done...I am just starting to worry...On a good note though, we are having a TCC up here for that week...
