if it's an all-sorority event, and there's no PNMs there, it sounds like a great idea. Gives the Pi Chis a chance to relax, and it also promotes greek unity.
why would it be a rush infraction? and who would the refraction be against, since it's everyone.
You can't give panhel a rush infraction (although there have been times when i wish you could!)
