Okay, I know this topic is kinda old, but I have a question...I hope it's not a "forbidden" question for non-members. My mother, who has been an AKA for 20+ years and her sorors don't know anything about the unofficial mascots that are now surfacing. How/when did this "adoption" begin?
I'm curious and so is she. If anyone can answer this I'm sure she'd appriciate it as would I.
