My school is very similar to yours PrincessHeather. It's just us and another NPC. We personally don't use picture taking while the girls are in the room, just before the PNM's get there. But we know for a fact that the other NPC takes pics so they remember the names of the girls that showed up at the parties. but in some cases I don't see that there should be a problem with taking pics, and long as they are not given to the PNM's as a "gift". I am also on the Panhell board, and since we are so small, I don't think that it's such a big issue.
