I had the opportunity to eliminate a few "less than official" elements from ritual and pre-ritual activities when I was chapter Phi in 95. The reaction from brothers was less than receptive at the time, but it enhances the overall experience of the new brothers and now the chapter is known as a leader in exemplification and understanding by brothers. Makin me proud of the progress they have made.
(Of course it was never like the NIU brothers alleged activities.)
