This is gonna sound so dick, but I see the kid running, not looking, and LET them hit me, bounce off and start wailing. That gets the parents attention, then I say in a concerned voice to the parents, "Could you parent? Even for just a minute? Things liek this prolly wouldnt happen." THen walk the PHUCK off.
