Just for the heck of it, I did a quick web search to see if there's a website for mental health. Low and behold, there is a mentalhealth.com.
VS - my suggestion is that you visit that site. You may feel more at home there. They have a DISCUSSION board as well - even personalized for Bipolar, Depression and Schizophrenia. Pick your "issue" - they've got a home for 'ya. They also have a very special section for Schizophrenia Peer Counseling. You may make some friends that share common interests.
