ROTFLMAO!!! Ok, since you are not from the U.S you do not understand the whole concept of hater...So I'll break it down for you.
Some examples:
1. Ok if I see that "Jane" has a new car and I have an old clunker and I say something like, "Well I never liked the type of car Jane has anyway, and I hope it breaks down" then you are a hater.
2. If I have a new boyfriend and you do everything in your power to sabotage the relationship because you don't have one, then you are a hater.
3. If you buy a new Prada belt and everyone compliments you on it and I say something like...."That belt is gay as hell from what I can see" then I'm a hater.
Being a hater has nothing to do with whether you agree or disagree. Its a matter of you not "approving" of something because of jealousy, envy, pride, etc.
