Not all hispanics can speak Spanish!
(sorry but this one really bothered me when I was interviewing for jobs since January. Every one of the interviewers said something like "So you speak Spanish right?" Umm.. no I don't speak Spanish.. I didn't put that I could speak Spanish on my application or on my resume, so don't assume that just because I am of hispanic decent that I automatically know how to roll my R's and understand Spanish Thank you!
