Without getting into too much detail, you need to do some more public service (community service is what judges had down as restitution). Cheerleading, track, Nat'l Honor Society and SADD (which probably most "qualifies" as public service) are all fine and good activities. The fact is the NPHC orgs are
PUBLIC SERVICE organization above all else, that's why we do not consider those who haven't done any public service. How can you show us you're committed to public service if you've never done any? Don't start doing public service just because you want to become a member. Do it and continue doing it because you want to make a difference.
