We were founded way back in the 50's, but al lGreek life was inactive during the 70's and 80's on CUNY campus, we came back mid 80's and have been going on since. I don't know if you have this problem. but do you have problem getting sisters to work? As I said last night during a 3-way call with the president and an alumnae, I feel that many of my sisters want to put 10% in but get back 100%, if you know what I mean. We need something to keep these girls motavated. There was one pledge class in recent memory that had 6 girls, besides for that htey have been small. The last three pledge classes were 1, 2, and 2. The last two (which I am a part of the last one) are four of the strongest sisters and the ones that are willing to work and help in everything. We have one or two others liek that, and the rest just don't seem to care. Rush is a diffcult time for us, but I have already told the pres. that I will miss an event...I have to I need the extra work (working the primaries) to help pay for dues and other expenses. She didn't have a problem with it, seeing how much wprk I am doing over the summer, but I have a feeling that at least one of my sisters are going to have a problem with it.
