I've started a regular exercise program, but I just thought that id I can make it through the induction phase, then afterwards I may be able to train myself to only take small portions of carbohydrates. I want to control my problem now before it gets out of hand.

I'm currently reading Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution book, which is the updated version. I don't know if you have any of his books, but if you don't you must purchase and read this one. It explains the whole process in great detail and even comes with a lot of recipes and a carbohydrate gram counter that you can take with you to the supermarket. You can find more recipes on his website,
www.atkinscenter.com.
Now that you are almost halfway through the Induction phase, how do you feel? Have you started to notice any changes in your body??
