Yes, animals can sense them. Kinda makes you wonder what cats are chasing when they're running around after nothing, doesn't it?
Those are "circles" of light, if you will, that are usually white (but can be other colors) that sometimes show up in photographs. These supposedly indicate the presence of spirits...or a problem with your camera.
