I'm fascinated too, but I'm also a BIG chicken! At U of H the Sig Ep house was definitely haunted! I couldn't even stand to go in it, it creeped me out so badly! There was one room off to the side, and not a single one of the brothers would go in there alone! Now when grown men are scared, that's creepy!
On a side note, the house my dad lives in his haunted. I WON'T stay there or be alone! I saw the ghost when I was younger!
