With Kappa Sigma the plans are made by our Conclave Commission. They attempt to set our national convention in a fun atmosphere for guys (New Orleans, Vegas, Memphis, Tampa).
The host for Area Leadership Conferences (held on even years) I was told is always an area with a strong chapter base or up-and-coming base
Last year my Area conference was in Greenville, SC (we have strong chapters and new colonies there). I was told that next year our Area will be coming to Atlanta (strong alumni chapter, undergrad chapters (including mine), and a possible colony at Kennesaw State)
