I vote for names...
This is because even using numbers or ABCs it's not usually hard to figure out which group a PNM is talking about... only one house probably did the grease skit or wore these really cool shirts with khaki pants... or had the really cool star decorations or whatever. The women from that university are going to know which group is which... and sometimes even people from the same GLO across the country could tell.. I remember last year a PNM said explained in something about our pref and I KNOW that "ABC" was Phi Sigma Sigma... so unless they're going to eliminate ALL details that could possibly identify one groups party.. clothes, themes, decor, where the party was held, then let's get make it more understandable and stop with the alphabet soup
I think most PNMs that have already found GC are savy enough not to say anything so derogatory that it would prevent her from getting a bid from a house she truly wanted...
truly it is up to the woman telling us her story... but if I were to be giving them advice I would say go ahead and use names because I don't think it would hurt you.
