There are hardly any PEOPLE in Montana. And I mean that, really. All the cities are like the size of Springfield, OH. Well, maybe not that big, but basically. In Butte, Montana, they don't even have Levi's. So the challenges would simply be:
1) Find another Black person
2) Find a tight outfit
