I just read this article and it makes you think. Kobe was in Colorado to have knee surgery. Now if you knee is hurt how are you going to force some one to have sex with you. You might can do it if both parties are agreed but not forced.

Maybe it's just me but I feel he is innocent as far as raping her. I feel as though she needed some affection for one night and got it then she wanted something more and he realized he had made a mistake messing with her.
