I always say it's in the water. I just got back from Georgia and when I saw some of those "girls" down there I said it must be the grits.
Exquizit...I have read that it is the hormones in our foods. It was in the paper in NYC a few months ago. They told us why it is happening but they didn't say how to approach an ten year old with the body of a sixteen year old.
