We would likely have the metric system, Afternoon tea (freshly made tea),driving on the other side with steering wheel on the right hand side. the Dysfunctional Royal Family, abundance of English gardens and Parliamentary government. I would say "bloody" whatever and people would know what I talking about (I was born and raised in the US, though)!
